UNEXPLORED REACHES OF OUR EARTH
Although modern method of communication have made the world a much smaller place, can you believe that it still have  some unique places, untouched by our civilization, where nature still rules?

THE AMAZON BASIN

The Amazon river basin, in northern Brazil is the largest river basin in the tropical world. The area abounds in dense tropical jungles, and is the most biologically diverse region in the world. Pink dolphins, jaguars, tapirs, caiman crocodiles and giant ananconda snakes share the region with many indigenous Indian tribes that are spread throughout the jungle, living as they have done for thousands of years. Few Explorers have dared to penetrate these forests and some have been lost on short trips.

ANTARCTICA

A permanent blanket of ice always covers the large Antarctica continent. Explorers and scientists of many nations have crisscrossed this mysterious, icy cold land since the signing of the Antarctic Treaty in 1959. However not all the surface terrain has been seen or reached by men on the ground. Though some of the mountainous regions have been photographed from the air, man has never approached them. The bedrock terrain that lies under the Antarctic ice sheet still remains largely unknown to man.

GREENLAND

Greenland is the largest island in the world. It is owned by Denmark and its ice - sheet covers 1,833,900 square kilometres, which is 85% of Greenland's total area, and represents 10% of the world's total fresh-water reserves! Scientists still do not know not what lies unde the ice in Greenland.

HIMALAYAS

The Serene and mysterious Himalaya Mountains, characterized by soaring heights, stupendous glaciers and steep sided jagged peaks are still largely unconquered by mankind. The mighty rang is full of valuable resources, which are, as yet inaccessible because of the icy and inhospitable terrain. Hundreds of peaks remain unexplored, awaiting future generations of lion hearted mountaineers.

THE ARCTIC

The Arctic Ocean is one of the most unexplored and untouched ecosystems on earth. Aeroplanes have flown over the most far of the north of this freezing cold destination, and it is laced with a network of radar warning  stations served by millitary and technical personnel. However, the arctic has still not yielded most of its secrets to scientists, and there are still blank spaces on the map of this region, that man has no knowledge of.

NEW GUINEA

Papua New Guinea, is the biggest island in the Pacific. Over - Flowing rivers, steep gorges, humid jungles and high mountains have made normal movement impossible. So this exquisite and untamed land is still untouched by the chaos of modern life.
